Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on every order to the countries we serve. Here is what to expect after you check out.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. During busy periods or sales, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 6 to 14 business days after your order ships, depending on your destination. United States orders usually arrive within 6 to 10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with the carrier and local customs.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow a few days for the first tracking scan to appear.

Customs and import taxes

For most destinations there are no extra fees. In rare cases your country may apply an import tax or duty. Any such charges are set by your local authorities and are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery problems
