At Luméa we want you to love your purchase. Every order is backed by our 90-day happiness guarantee.
How to reach us
If anything is not right, email us at lamp.lumea@gmail.com with your order number. For a damaged or defective item, please include a short photo or video so we can help you faster.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You will not need to ship the item back to us.
Change of mind
You may return an unused item in its original condition within 90 days of delivery. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or PayPal provider may need a few extra days to post the funds to your account.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but it remains covered by the 90-day guarantee above.
